Burwash is a civil parish in the Rother district of East Sussex made up of three villages: Burwash, Burwash Common and Burwash Weald.
Situated in the High Weald of Sussex in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) it is famous for being where Rudyard Kipling lived, at Bateman’s, which is now part of The National Trust.
