Burwash Parish Council has set up a highly successful Community Internet Café, located between the Scout Headquarters and Fairfield Surgery in The Bear car park, Burwash. It is run by experienced and friendly volunteers and is a UK Learn My Way Centre. It is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm (except Bank Holidays).
It offers 1:1 assistance to people who have never used computers or the Internet before as well as help for more experienced users. There are PC workstations and Windows 8.1 touchscreen laptops, as well as a WiFi hub for those who bring their own mobile devices.
We also arrange regular workshops on all aspects of the digital world, such as “Discovering Your Past” and “How to Manage Your Documents and Photos.”

The Internet Café is the perfect place for browsing – go online and shop around for the best deals on gas, electricity, mobile phones, cars and your home insurance. Make savings on your train and airline tickets and you can also print your tickets and boarding passes.
