The Parish Council were delighted to support local organisations with the celebrations for the recent King’s Coronation. A grant of £500 to the Burwash Playing Fields Association was agreed by the Parish Council to support their events. An equal grant of £500 was made to the Burwash Common Playing Fields Association for their event. Both events were a huge success and lots of parishioners enjoyed the celebrations across the weekend.
